Our HistoryThe Markler Real Estate Management System as it is today was inspired by the early development of a contact and listing management tool. This custom tool had been created for a highly awarded top performing team real estate in Gatlinburg Tennessee.In 2003 the broker of the office in which this team opperated approached the Founder of Markler, after reviewing this basic tool. He wanted to have a system developed that would address a frustrating problem plaguing his business flow;
Incompatible software systems such as, a leads system that did not talk
to a contact manager; a contact manager that did not track referrals through closing; a transaction manager
that did not track agent lead acquisition method.
The broker had been using Excel spreadsheets to manage all the data which due to multiple user input was prone to error. After one and a half years of development, Markler 2 was deployed. The first draft of the original system was unnamed, however prior to the release of the second system, the name Markler was born. Almost immediately after implementing this system, the executives at Markler realized that they had developed something that every real estate professional who was interested in growth and efficiency needed and wanted. Less than a year later an updated version of Markler was created to be configurable and marketable to other brokers and agent. This release is what set the stage for Markler 3. The most current system MARKLER 3 has seen great success and flexibility in a multitude of office settings. From California, Arizona and Utah to Florida, North Carolina and New York our system is setting the stage for a whole new way of doing business in the Real Estate Industry. |
